Both Cllr George Ioannou and Cllr Craig Cannell have recently won a UK bid to reintroduce a pilot scheme to bring financial services back into Rochford and Hockley to support Residents and Local Businesses. Communities are being encouraged to take part in a new initiative to help improve access to cash.
