Hockley Parish Council was very sad to hear that Cllr.Terry Cutmore, passed away on 1st April.  He was a serving Essex County Council Member for Rochford North, Vice Chairman of Rochford District Council representing Hockley & Ashingdon Ward and had been a former Chairman of Ashingdon Parish Council.  Our condolences go out to his family.
