The Parish Council has received correspondence and Freedom of Information requests regarding the Pond Chase Allotment Site. As many of the requests are similar a document has been provided a high number of the Freedom of Information requests. This document will be forwarded to all residents which has submitted a request. Remembrance Day 2024
”We will remember them’ Thanks are expressed to all those that attended and took part in the Remembrance Day Service held on Sunday 10th November 2024 at 2pm at the War Memorial.

Annual Parish Meeting 2024
Hockley Parish Council held their Annual Parish Meeting on 11th March 2024. Chairman Councillor Barbara Thorogood presented the Councils Annual Report for 2023 – 2024. Committee Chairman also provided a presentation detailing projects and responsibilities of the Committees.

Moment of Reflection
On the 13th September Chairman Councillor Barbara Thorogood placed a wreath on behalf of the Parish Council at the war memorial, local residents, school and businesses came together to reflect on their memories of the Queen. Residents are welcome to leave floral tributes at the war memorial.
