The following records are held by Hockley Parish Council and copies can be obtained from the Clerk to the Parish Council, Mr Paul Stanley who will be responsible for maintaining the scheme.

This publication Scheme specifies classes of Information that the Parish Council publishes or is able to publish on request.
All documents are available as Text documents and can be photocopied.

The following charges will apply:

A4 copies - 10p per page
A3 copies - 20p per page

All postage and packing costs.

Circulars and Newsletters - free of charge.

Agendas and minutes of meetings are provided free of charge and are published on Parish Council notice boards and on the web site at
